Financial Assistance

As a part of the Volusia Flagler Family YMCA, Camp Winona offers financial assistance to Y members and community members for membership and programs.  We believe all children should have the opportunity to attend Summer Camp, no matter the family financial ability.  To determine what you would qualify for, please fill out our financial assistance request form, and submit with the required documents. A staff member will get back to you within a week with your scholarship details.

Financial Assistance Application

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $50 per camper, per week is required to hold your camper’s spot. The balance will be due two weeks prior to the session start date.

Refund Policy

Camp registration deposits are non-refundable. However, the balance of registration fees may be refunded if cancellation is made at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. The only exception of this policy would be in the case of accident or illness and requires a letter from a physician. If a camper is to become sick or injured during their time at camp they will be pro-rated the remaining time at camp. No credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
